Our Officers:

President: Donna Irvin
Preside at all Club & Executive Board Meeting,
Enforce strict observance of the constitution & By-laws,
Appoint Parliamentarian, Chaplain, Historian and Auditor -
Appoint Standing Committee & Special Committee Chairs, w/ approval of Executive Board.

1st Vice President: Sandi Eucks
Assume duties of President in her absence, Serve as Program Chair, Responsible for procuring meeting
places, speakers, menus, printing of programs, w/ approval of Executive Board.

2nd Vice President : Donna DeFazio
Serve as Membership Chair, serve in her order in the absence of President, maintain membership
rosters & verify accuracy w/ Treasurer, coordinate w/ Treasurer in notifying delinquent members
of their outstanding dues.

3rd Vice President : Lucille Lancaster
Serve as Hospitality Chair, serve in her order in the absence of the President, responsible for
meeting refreshments & clean up, name tags, registration & guest book, and provide a
hostess for each regular meeting.

4th Vice President: Naomi Stock
Serve as Co-Chair of the Membership Committee; serve in her order in the absence of the President,
and to work closely with the 2nd Vice President.

Recording Secretary : Nancy Rogers
record all minutes of the Regular and Executive Board meetings; provide copies to President within two
weeks of the regular meeting, after President's approval, provide copies of the minutes to the club members.

Corresponding Secretary : Marty Wright
Responsible for all general correspondence of club, including the newsletter, keep a record of all correspondence received and sent, distribute minutes of the previous regular meeting and an agenda of the upcoming meeting to active membes of the club as long as funds permit.

Treasurer: Amy Updike
Receive and deposit all monies into the club account, dispurse funds as directed by Club President, Executive Board, or by vote of membership. Provide two (2) copies of treasurers report at each meeting, (1 to President and 1 to Recording Secretary). Keep written record of all members and their classification and payment of dues.
